We will have a yuget soy sauce event at Hao Mart. On the day of the event, you can experience the production of soy sauce.
SOY SAUCE BEING SQUEEZED AT THE BREWERY
At the brewery, soy sauce is squeezed out of matured soybeans in a process similar to the one shown in this video.
At this event, we will be using ceramic and wooden presses instead of the machines shown in the video.
